The Ask: Inspire and Unite the team behind a new culture and brand The Answer:Our approach was to immerse the attendees fully within their brand through vibrant graphics, environmental elements, and engaging performances that highlighted a new visual identity. Customized scientific ceiling treatment, interactive performances, and LED monoliths featuring “hero shots” of attendees worked together in this engaging celebration of the company’s work and culture.
TMW provided talent sourcing services to curate performances that inspired and energized attendees including silk performance art that draped the audience in the newly developed brand.
Soft seating and 3-sided LED towers within the audience further enhanced the general session experience.
Visual branding extended beyond the ballroom and workshops to pull the excitement and celebration through all evening activities.
An unconventional layout utilizing soft seating fostered an environment of connection and inspiration among leadership during this breakout session for 120 attendees.
Utilizing different paths of Science, Technology and Talent, an Internal Expo comprised of 21 booths, demos, and a theater provided attendees the opportunity to explore resources available to them while networking with colleagues.
National Field Meeting
The Ask: Celebrate culture, instill confidence, and execute individual teams’ meeting objectives while maintaining company-wide mission throughout. The Answer: Combined with communicative production management across individual team meetings, TMW’s theme and content development allowed for a cohesive and inspiring experience that highlighted the company’s culture and brand identities. The Specs: Meeting for 750 attendees including general sessions, 6 simultaneous brand meetings with breakouts, internal expo, on-site video production, and interactive learning experience using a customized meeting app
Five screens were used to open up the visual landscape and create dimensional surfaces, immersing the audience in multi-layered content. A runway extended the stage and placed the presenters amidst the crowd, providing an opportunity to strengthen brand loyalty and engagement.
An extensive lighting package including an expansive cyc and full color spectrum were used to highlight on-screen content and influence the mood and tone throughout the event.
After honing in on messaging and content during the pre-production process, the TMW Team coached presenters on-site to ensure comfortability with the runway stage layout and assisted them with connecting authentically to the audience.
Personalized messages, photos, and feed posts from the event app were featured on the big screen to spotlight the shared experiences and company culture that shined throughout the event.
On-site video production documented the attendee experience from celebrating team achievements to sharing thoughts on company culture and a shared purpose.
We provided logistics management, technical support, and creative guidance for an internal resource fair. Attendees were encouraged to learn about the company-wide resources available to them through engagement activities both in-person and within the event app.
